Dr. Rachelle N. Ornan is an Associate Technical Fellow for Boeing Commercial Airplanes specializing in the experience and design of commercial aircraft interiors. She directs passenger experience research and bridges communication to ensure a commercially viable, preferred product which maximizes revenue.
